It focuses in particular on the role of digital technologies in propagating neo-Nazi and related ideology, including online propaganda, hate speech, incitement to violence, and the digital recruitment of young people. The report also outlines good practices for countering neo-Nazism online, drawing on measures taken by states, technology companies, and civil society.
