Its issue in focus is antisemitic violence and related acts of racism and intolerance, with particular attention to the upsurge of antisemitism in Europe and North America, including hate crimes, hate speech, and other incidents. It summarises submissions from Italy, Azerbaijan, Brunei Darussalam, Belarus, Cuba, Lebanon, Serbia, Burundi and the Russian Federation, as well as from two non-governmental organizations
